Ms. Sarah Jester

Ms. Sarah Jester holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University in Vocal Performance and Music Education. Ms. Jester continued her studies at Boston University where she graduated with a Masters in Music Education. She most recently achieved National Board Teaching Certification in the area of music. Ms. Jester is an active guest conductor, board member of the Maryland Music Educators Association, member of MENC and ACDA.

Ms. Jester currently directs the Concert Choir and Vocal Ensemble at Northeast High School. Her ensembles have received excellent and superior ratings at both county and state festivals. Ms. Jester has been recognized as an honoree of The Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce for Educational Excellence Award, Anne Arundel County Teacher of the Month and Northeast High School Teacher of the Month.  She is the head of music ministry at Pasadena United Methodist Church, where she also directs the adult choir and praise band.
